Symbol Of Peace Agreement
Representatives of two rival Jewish communities in Dubai are in Washington to attend the signing ceremony of the normalization agreement between the United Arab Emirates and Israel. On 13 August 2020, uae Foreign Minister Anwar Gargash proclaimed the United Arab Emirates agreement on normalizing relations with Israel and said his country would address threats to the two-state solution, in particular the annexation of the Palestinian territories, and called on the Palestinians and Israelis to return to the negotiating table. He suggested that he did not think there would be an embassy in Jerusalem until there was a final agreement between the Palestinians and the Israelis. According to US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, “Israel and the United Arab Emirates will completely normalize diplomatic relations. They will exchange embassies and ambassadors and begin working together in all areas such as tourism, education, health, trade and security. “This peace will eventually spread to other Arab states and will eventually end the Arab-Israeli conflict once and for all,” he said, avoiding direct reference to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Stressing that the normalization of relations between Israel and the UAE is in the interests of both peoples and contributes to the cause of peace in the Middle East and the world, Kelly Craft, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, celebrated the announcement and called it a “huge asset” to President Trump and the world, and said diplomatic relations show “how hungry we are in the world” and how Middle Eastern countries understand that they must “strongly oppose a regime that is the state`s primary sponsor of terrorism – Iran.” Instead of shaking hands when the peace accords are signed, the leaders of Israel, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates turn to each other and put their hands on their chests and lean easily, in the apparent coronavirus protocol. There are articles on the forced repatriation of refugees and provisions that they should not be harmed, which could be considered the first extradition treaty. Retaliation is also threatened if the contract is broken. Haaretz received the declaration of peace between #Israel and #Bahrain. He added: “We have shown today that such a path is possible, even realistic. What we were dreaming about a few years ago is now achievable, and we can see before us a golden opportunity for the peace, security and prosperity of our region. “Today is a historic day and an important milestone for peace in the Middle East,” Foreign Minister Mike Pompeo said in a statement, while political scientist Ian Bremmer tweeted that it would be a “euphemism to call it a great thing,” adding that the agreement was “a new geopolitics of the region.” UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres hailed “any initiative that could promote peace and security in the Middle East region.” Guterres spokesman Stephane Dujarric welcomed the agreement and said he was suspending “Israeli annexation plans for parts of the occupied West Bank” that Mr. Guterres had repeatedly called for and said that “peace in the Middle East is more important than ever.” “What we experienced was something that was unimaginable a few years ago,” said its president Charles O.
